Most international flights arrive in Denpasar, Bali and from there it is very easy to get to the Gilis.  We reccommend taking the Mahi Mahi fast boat as it runs on time, is a comfortable and safe journey, with very little messing around. You simply get on the boat in Bali and get off it in Gili Trawangan, and of course its good value.
