Flying

Four airlines now fly from Bali to Lombok. Availability is rarely a problem unless it's the weekend, but we wouldn't recommend just showing up at the airport. Check-in is an hour before the flight. Flight time 25 minutes, and cost about $35. From Mataram airport take a bemo or taxi to Bangsal Harbour (approx $15) and then a 45 minute charter boat ride to Gili Trawangan ($20).

Alternatively we could arrange the transfer from the airport for you. This will cost slightly more as we use a speed boat so the journey is only 1 hour instead of 1 and a half.
